The best lash retention starts here

  • Clean your face and lashes to eliminate any built-up debris and oil. This will ensure that your eyelashes will adhere better to your natural lashes.

  • Wear comfortable clothing, you will be relaxed and ready to be pampered. You can also bring your headphones and music.

  • Avoid caffeine/energy drinks or any other stimulant up to 4 hours before your appointment.

  • Remove eye contacts.

  • Try not to touch your lashes. The more you touch them, the more debris and oil you put on them and this will affect your retention.

  • Clean your lashes everyday to wash away all oil, dust and debris. You can buy a lash shampoo or ask your lash artist what product she recommends.

  • Brush them once they are clean to fluff them up!

  • Avoid getting into hot, humid and steamy environnement for at least 24 hours after your appointment. It is recommended also to not wet your lashes for the first 24 hours to ensure the glue has enough time to cure but if you have to, it's ok!

  • Use only oil-free products on your face, especially makeup removers, cleansers and moisturizers.

  • Do not use waterproof products around your eyes, like eyeliner. Avoid using mascara, if you want a in-fill call us!

  • Don't rub your eyes or try to remove your lashes yourself, you will pick your natural lashes. Instead, book a lash removal and we'll be happy to help.
